Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Garlic Bread

Ingredients
#### Garlic Butter:
- 1 cup of unsalted butter softened
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped parsley
- 2 1/2 tablespoons of minced garlic
- 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of salt or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
#### Philly Cheesesteak Filling:
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 green bell peppers thinly sliced
- 1 yellow onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 1 pound of thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 2 teaspoons of chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt adjust to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 to 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
#### For Assembly:
- 1 16 oz French bread loaf
- 2 cups of shredded or sliced cheese Monterey Jack, American, Cheddar, Provolone
Instructions
#### Make the Garlic Butter:
- Mix butter, parsley, garlic, parmesan, salt, black pepper, and oregano in a small bowl.
#### Make the Cheesesteak Filling:
- In a pan over medium heat, sauté onions in olive oil until soft and tender.
- Add bell peppers and garlic, cover to steam until peppers soften.
- Transfer onions and peppers to a plate. Melt butter in the same pan.
- Add steak to the pan, season with paprika, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until fully cooked through.
- Return peppers and onions to the pan, toss together.
#### Assemble and Bake:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut French bread loaf in half lengthwise.
- Spread butter mixture generously on each half.
- Add cheesesteak filling on top, then cover with cheese.
- Place on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
- Turn oven to broil for 3 to 6 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
