In a pan over medium heat, sauté onions in olive oil until soft and tender.
Add bell peppers and garlic, cover to steam until peppers soften.
Transfer onions and peppers to a plate. Melt butter in the same pan.
Add steak to the pan, season with paprika, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until fully cooked through.
Return peppers and onions to the pan, toss together.
