  • 2 medium bananas (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • Optional: a pinch of sea salt for that extra kick


Instructions

  1. Line a mini muffin tin with silicone liners and a baking sheet with parchment paper. Get them ready for the deliciousness!
  2. In a bowl, mix sliced bananas, Greek yogurt, and honey until it’s all nicely combined.
  3. Spoon 2 tablespoons of this delightful mixture into each muffin tin. Pop it in the freezer for about an hour until it’s perfectly solid.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and coconut oil together. Do it in short bursts, stirring in between until it’s all melted and gooey.
  5. Take out the frozen yogurt bites and dip each one into the melted chocolate mixture, making sure to coat both sides generously.
  6. Lay them out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, and if you’re feeling fancy, sprinkle a bit of sea salt on top.
  7. Back to the freezer they go for another hour until they’re completely solid.
  8. Store these little bites of heaven in a sealable bag in the freezer for up to 3 months.
