  • 2 medium bananas thinly sliced
  • 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • Optional: a pinch of sea salt for that extra kick

Instructions
 

  • Line a mini muffin tin with silicone liners and a baking sheet with parchment paper. Get them ready for the deliciousness!
  • In a bowl, mix sliced bananas, Greek yogurt, and honey until it’s all nicely combined.
  • Spoon 2 tablespoons of this delightful mixture into each muffin tin. Pop it in the freezer for about an hour until it’s perfectly solid.
