These peach overnight oats are the perfect summer breakfast, and you can prepare them ahead of time for busy mornings. Packed with whole grains, fiber, and protein, they’re a nutritious and satisfying way to start your day.

  • 1 cup rolled oats quick-cooking oats work too
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 fresh peaches pitted and diced
  • ½ cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup oat milk any kind of milk works
  • ¼ cup heavy cream or more oat milk
  • 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Optional Toppings:

  • Whipped cream
  • Diced peaches


  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients until well mixed.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • When ready to serve, enjoy the overnight oats as is for a thick consistency, or add ¼ cup of oat milk for a thinner texture. Top with whipped cream and extra peaches if desired.


  • If your overnight oats are too thick in the morning, simply add a splash more milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Store the prepared oats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, making them a convenient option for meal prep.
