Peach Pecan Infused Bourbon

  • 1/2 cup unsalted (toasted pecans)
  • 1 1/2 large (or 2 small peaches, sliced)
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2-2 1/2 cups bourbon or whiskey
  1. Place all the ingredients in a large jar (we used a 32oz jar), ensuring the peaches are covered with bourbon. Seal, shake, and let it sit in a cool, dark place for at least 5 days, or up to 2 weeks. Shake the jar daily to evenly distribute the ingredients.
  2. Taste the bourbon to determine if it’s ready to strain. If so, strain through a fine mesh sieve and store the alcohol in an airtight jar for several months.
