Peach Guava Crisp

Ingredients
Peach Filling
- 2 medium peaches almost ripe
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1.5 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp guava jam
Crisp Topping
- 1/2 cup organic oat flour
- 1/3 cup organic old-fashioned oats
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Dice the peaches and place them in a baking dish.
- Top the peaches with guava jam, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Mix well and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine oat flour, oats, ground flaxseed, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup.
- Evenly distribute the crumble mixture over the peaches in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow it to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy it plain or with your favorite ice cream or yogurt!
Notes
- Choose peaches that are just about ripe for the best results.
- Easily make oat flour by blending oats until finely ground.
- Fresh guava or guava jam both work well in this recipe.
