Oven Roasted Parmesan Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds of Brussels sprouts
  • 1/3 cup of melted butter
  • 1/2 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Salt to your liking
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Peel off the outer leaves from the Brussels sprouts, trim the ends, and cut them in half.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  3. In a 13×9 baking dish, mix together the melted butter, Parmesan cheese, herbs, and spices. Spread the mixture out evenly in the dish.
  4. Place the Brussels sprouts cut side down in a single layer.
  5. Brush some extra butter on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until they are tender and crispy.
  7. Serve them warm!
