Preheat your oven to 450°F.
Place wooden skewers in a bowl of water to soak for 20 minutes to prevent burning in the oven.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, parsley, cilantro, yogurt, and all the spices. Mix everything together thoroughly.
Shape the spiced ground beef onto the skewers. If it’s difficult to keep the meat on the skewer, refrigerate it for 30 minutes to firm it up before shaping.
Brush a wire rack or tray with ghee, butter, or oil. Place the kefta skewers on the rack and brush the tops with more ghee, butter, or oil.
Bake in the oven for about 10 to 12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Be careful not to over-bake, as it may dry out.
Once out of the oven, loosely tent the meat with foil for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute and keep it extra juicy.
Serve and enjoy your delicious kefta straight from the oven!
