  • 1 1/2 pounds of chicken breast cubed
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon each of salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 12- ounce jar of pizza sauce
  • 1 cup of shredded organic mozzarella cheese
  • 15 slices of pepperoni


  • Start by preheating your oven to 400°F. Then, season your chicken breasts generously with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Next, heat up the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over high heat. Once the pan is nice and hot (you’ll see the oil shimmering), add in your cubed chicken. Let them cook without touching them for about 4-5 minutes, then carefully flip them over and cook for another 4 minutes until they’re golden brown. Remove the skillet from the heat.
  • Now, it’s time to assemble your dish! Spread the pizza sauce over the chicken, followed by a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese and the pepperoni slices. If you like, sprinkle on some more oregano for extra flavor.
  • Pop the skillet into the oven and let it bake for around 10 minutes, or until the cheese is all melty and the chicken is cooked through.
  • Once it’s done, take it out, serve it up, and enjoy your deliciously simple meal!
