  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2/3 cup almond milk

  • Next, add the banana and almond milk to the blender and blend again for about 10-15 seconds. Be careful not to over blend; you want the mixture to be runny but not too liquidy.
  • Heat and grease a skillet, then pour in the batter. Wait for bubbles to form on the outer edges before flipping.
  • Cook for an additional 30-60 seconds until both sides are golden brown.
