Introducing the amazing Million Dollar Spaghetti – it’s so fancy yet easy! You can prep it in advance, then just pop it in the oven when you’re ready to impress for a weeknight dinner or entertaining guests. And guess what? You can even make it meatless by using plain marinara and skipping the beef!

Million Dollar Spaghetti

  • 12 ounces of spaghetti noodles cooked just right, not too soft
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon of dried Italian herbs
  • 1 pound of lean ground beef cooked
  • 16 ounces of marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 6 ounces of cream cheese cubed
  • 3 cups of Mozzarella cheese grated and divided


  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a big bowl, mix together the cooked noodles, olive oil, minced garlic, beaten eggs, and dried herbs until it’s all nicely combined.
  • In another bowl, mix the cooked ground beef with the marinara sauce.
  • Take an 11×7 baking dish and start layering: put half of the noodle mixture at the bottom, then spread the sour cream on top. Add half of the meat mixture, followed by scattering the cream cheese and half of the Mozzarella cheese. Keep layering with the rest of the noodles, meat, and cheese.
  • Bake it all for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese on top is nice and bubbly.
