Milk and Cookies Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 4 cups oat flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 large ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (slightly melted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (divided)
  • Optional: Oreo Cookies
  • 1/4 cup milk of your choice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a big mixing bowl, combine bananas, eggs, maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well mixed.
  3. Add oat flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a 10-inch cast-iron skillet (or use a baking dish).
  6. Sprinkle Oreo cookies and additional chocolate chips on top. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Once out of the oven, pour your preferred amount of milk. Customize it to your liking – add a little or a lot!
