Milk and Cookies Baked Oats

Course Breakfast


  • 4 cups oat flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 large ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter slightly melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips divided
  • Optional: Oreo Cookies
  • 1/4 cup milk of your choice


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a big mixing bowl, combine bananas, eggs, maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well mixed.
  • Add oat flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  • Gently fold in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
  • Transfer the mixture to a 10-inch cast-iron skillet (or use a baking dish).
  • Sprinkle Oreo cookies and additional chocolate chips on top. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Once out of the oven, pour your preferred amount of milk. Customize it to your liking – add a little or a lot!
