Milk and Cookies Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 4 cups oat flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 large ripe bananas mashed
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter slightly melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips divided
- Optional: Oreo Cookies
- 1/4 cup milk of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a big mixing bowl, combine bananas, eggs, maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well mixed.
- Add oat flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Gently fold in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
- Transfer the mixture to a 10-inch cast-iron skillet (or use a baking dish).
- Sprinkle Oreo cookies and additional chocolate chips on top. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Once out of the oven, pour your preferred amount of milk. Customize it to your liking – add a little or a lot!
