Instructions
Prepare the Fried Chicken:
- – Mix milk, pickle juice, chili powder, salt, mustard powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, onion powder, and oregano in a bowl.
- – In another bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, mustard powder, chili powder, salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, onion powder, and oregano. Set aside.
- – Combine 4 tablespoons of the wet batter with the dry ingredients to create a flaky texture.
- – Dip each chicken piece into the wet batter, then coat with the dry mixture. Pat well and shake off excess flour. Let it rest on a plate for 10 minutes.

Assembly:
- – Place two Hawaiian Sweet Rolls in a preheated waffle maker on low heat for 1 to 2 minutes until golden and crispy. Repeat with remaining rolls.
- – In a bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, melted butter, and red pepper flakes for the hot honey sauce.
- – Toss fried chicken in the sauce.
- – Place pickles and fried chicken on each waffle to make waffle sliders and enjoy!
