Honey Granola Yogurt Bark

Ingredients

  • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 scoops unflavored collagen peptides

Toppings:

  • 3/4 cup granola of your choice
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, honey, and collagen.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the granola and chia seeds on top.
  • Freeze for 8 hours or overnight, until it’s frozen solid.
  • Break the yogurt bark into your desired number of pieces.
  • Serve it cold or store it in a sealed container in the freezer for up to one month.
