Honey Granola Yogurt Bark
Ingredients
- 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 scoops unflavored collagen peptides
Toppings:
- 3/4 cup granola of your choice
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, honey, and collagen.
- Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the granola and chia seeds on top.
- Freeze for 8 hours or overnight, until it’s frozen solid.
- Break the yogurt bark into your desired number of pieces.
- Serve it cold or store it in a sealed container in the freezer for up to one month.
