Honey Garlic Butter Board

Ingredients
- 1 cup of Challenge Salted Butter 2 sticks, softened
**Honey Garlic Sauce:**
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
- 2 to 3 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 2 to 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
- 1 teaspoon chili powder optional
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil and Challenge Unsalted Butter.
- Saute minced garlic for about a minute until fragrant.
- Add red pepper flakes, honey, and parmesan, stirring until a thick sauce forms. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
- Use a spoon to spread the softened butter on a board, creating a unique design.
- Top the butter with honey garlic sauce, more parmesan, and red pepper flakes.
- Serve with crispy bread for dipping and enjoy!
Notes
- While chili powder is optional, it adds fantastic flavor to the sauce.
- Ensure the honey garlic sauce cools completely before adding it to the butter board to prevent melting.
- Let the butter sit at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours before spreading it on the board for easy spreading.
