Honey Garlic Butter Board

  • 1 cup of Challenge Salted Butter (2 sticks, softened)

**Honey Garlic Sauce:**

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil and Challenge Unsalted Butter.
  2. Saute minced garlic for about a minute until fragrant.
  3. Add red pepper flakes, honey, and parmesan, stirring until a thick sauce forms. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
  4. Use a spoon to spread the softened butter on a board, creating a unique design.
  5. Top the butter with honey garlic sauce, more parmesan, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Serve with crispy bread for dipping and enjoy!
  • While chili powder is optional, it adds fantastic flavor to the sauce.
  • Ensure the honey garlic sauce cools completely before adding it to the butter board to prevent melting.
  • Let the butter sit at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours before spreading it on the board for easy spreading.
