Ingredients
Scale
- 3/4 cup strong coffee (or 2 shots of espresso)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract (or kick it up to 1/2 teaspoon for extra peppermint flavor)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dairy-free milk of your choice (I went with @malkorganics)
- Handful of ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, toss in all the ingredients except the milk and blend for about 20-30 seconds.
- Pour the mixture over some ice cubes, froth up the milk, and get ready to sip!
- If you’re not in the mood to froth the milk, no worries—just add all the ingredients to the blender, give it a whirl, and pour it over ice.
