Homemade Iced Peppermint Mocha

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup strong coffee or 2 shots of espresso
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract or kick it up to 1/2 teaspoon for extra peppermint flavor
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free milk of your choice I went with @malkorganics
  • Handful of ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, toss in all the ingredients except the milk and blend for about 20-30 seconds.
  • Pour the mixture over some ice cubes, froth up the milk, and get ready to sip!
  • If you’re not in the mood to froth the milk, no worries—just add all the ingredients to the blender, give it a whirl, and pour it over ice.
