High Protein Cheesecake Jars

Ingredients

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Graham Cracker Dust:

  • 5 graham crackers crushed

Toppings:

  • Fresh fruit

For Chocolate Cheesecake:

  • 1-2 teaspoons cacao powder per jar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup if desired
  • Chocolate bar shaved for topping

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, blend together cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Crush graham crackers in a baggie until they form a fine powder.
  • Assemble the jars by layering crushed graham crackers, cheesecake filling (about 1/4 cup per jar), and your favorite fruit toppings.
  • For the chocolate version, mix cacao powder into the cheesecake filling until smooth. Add more sweetener if desired, then assemble the jars and top with chocolate shavings.
