High Protein Cheesecake Jars

Ingredients
Cheesecake Filling:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Graham Cracker Dust:
- 5 graham crackers crushed
Toppings:
- Fresh fruit
For Chocolate Cheesecake:
- 1-2 teaspoons cacao powder per jar adjust to taste
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup if desired
- Chocolate bar shaved for topping
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, blend together cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Crush graham crackers in a baggie until they form a fine powder.
- Assemble the jars by layering crushed graham crackers, cheesecake filling (about 1/4 cup per jar), and your favorite fruit toppings.
- For the chocolate version, mix cacao powder into the cheesecake filling until smooth. Add more sweetener if desired, then assemble the jars and top with chocolate shavings.
