Cheesecake Filling:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Graham Cracker Dust:

  • 5 graham crackers (crushed)

Toppings:

  • Fresh fruit

For Chocolate Cheesecake:

  • 12 teaspoons cacao powder per jar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (if desired)
  • Chocolate bar (shaved for topping)


Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend together cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Crush graham crackers in a baggie until they form a fine powder.
  3. Assemble the jars by layering crushed graham crackers, cheesecake filling (about 1/4 cup per jar), and your favorite fruit toppings.
  4. For the chocolate version, mix cacao powder into the cheesecake filling until smooth. Add more sweetener if desired, then assemble the jars and top with chocolate shavings.
