Green Goddess Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup chives
  • 1/4 cup dill
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 cup basil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 shallot
  • 1/3 cup high-quality extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cans of canned tuna 5 ounces each

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients except for the tuna and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • In a bowl, flake the drained tuna with two forks into small pieces.
  • Pour about 1/4 cup or more of the green goddess dressing over the tuna and mix well.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Then, enjoy your salad with chips, in a lettuce wrap, or in a sandwich!

Notes

  • A blender or immersion blender will ensure a smooth and creamy dressing.
  • Don’t hesitate to use any leftover dressing on other dishes for added flavor!
