Green Goddess Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chives
- 1/4 cup dill
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 cup basil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 shallot
- 1/3 cup high-quality extra virgin olive oil
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cans of canned tuna 5 ounces each
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients except for the tuna and blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a bowl, flake the drained tuna with two forks into small pieces.
- Pour about 1/4 cup or more of the green goddess dressing over the tuna and mix well.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Then, enjoy your salad with chips, in a lettuce wrap, or in a sandwich!
Notes
- A blender or immersion blender will ensure a smooth and creamy dressing.
- Don’t hesitate to use any leftover dressing on other dishes for added flavor!
