Gluten Free Buffalo Cauliflower

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of cauliflower approximately 2 cups
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup almond flour

Instructions
 

  • Start by chopping the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and washing them thoroughly.
  • Dry the cauliflower pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over them and ensure they’re coated thoroughly.
  • In another bowl, mix almond flour with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Add the cauliflower to the bowl and toss until each piece is evenly coated with the flour mixture.
  • Place the cauliflower wings in the air fryer in a single layer, ensuring they’re not overcrowded.
  • Fry at 350°F for 20 minutes until they’re golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
