FOR THE FRUIT SALAD:

  • 2 cups of fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries (chopped)
  • 2 cups of green grapes (sliced in half)
  • 6 clementines (peeled and segmented)
  • 4 kiwis (peeled and chopped)
  • 1/4 cup of fresh mint (chopped)

FOR THE DRESSING:

  • 1/3 cup of orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of honey


Instructions

  1. Get a big bowl and toss in all the delicious fruit.
  2. Now, in a little bowl, mix together the orange juice, lemon juice, and honey until it’s nice and smooth.
  3. Pour that tasty dressing over the fruit salad and give it a good toss. Don’t forget to add the fresh mint and toss it again.
  4. Pop it in a sealed container in the fridge, and it’ll stay fresh for 3-4 days. Enjoy the fruity goodness!
