We love this amazing FRUIT SALAD recipe! It’s super yummy and refreshing, with its delicious citrusy flavors! And guess what? It’s a fantastic way to get the little ones excited about eating some healthy fruit!

Ingredients
  

FOR THE FRUIT SALAD:

  • 2 cups of fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries chopped
  • 2 cups of green grapes sliced in half
  • 6 clementines peeled and segmented
  • 4 kiwis peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup of fresh mint chopped

FOR THE DRESSING:

  • 1/3 cup of orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of honey

Instructions
 

  • Get a big bowl and toss in all the delicious fruit.
  • Now, in a little bowl, mix together the orange juice, lemon juice, and honey until it’s nice and smooth.
  • Pour that tasty dressing over the fruit salad and give it a good toss. Don’t forget to add the fresh mint and toss it again.
  • Pop it in a sealed container in the fridge, and it’ll stay fresh for 3-4 days. Enjoy the fruity goodness!
