Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp oil (for melting chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (added to melted chocolate)
  • 1 ripe banana (sliced into 15 pieces)
  • 15 tsp peanut butter
  • 15 tsp strawberry jelly
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Begin by melting the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals with a bit of oil. Once melted, stir in the peanut butter.
  2. Spoon the chocolate mixture into silicon liners. Then, add a slice of banana.
  3. Next, add peanut butter and jelly. Use a toothpick to swirl them together.
  4. Sprinkle chopped roasted peanuts on top, then drizzle with more melted chocolate. Place in the freezer until fully hardened, about 20-30 minutes.
  5. Remove from liners and enjoy!

Notes

  • Mixing chocolate and peanut butter provides a fudgy texture to the chocolate. Omitting peanut butter will result in harder chocolate once frozen.
  • Use square silicon molds for easy assembly and cleanup!
