- 15 teaspoons peanut butter
- 15 teaspoons strawberry jelly
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
Instructions
- Begin by melting chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals with a bit of oil. Once melted, stir in peanut butter.
- Fill silicon liners with the chocolate mixture, then add a slice of banana.
- Next, add peanut butter and jelly. Swirl them together using a toothpick.
- Sprinkle chopped roasted peanuts on top, then drizzle with more melted chocolate.
- Place in the freezer to fully harden, approximately 20-30 minutes.
- Once set, remove from liners and enjoy!
Notes
- Mixing chocolate with peanut butter yields a fudgier texture. Skipping the peanut butter may result in harder chocolate once frozen.
- Opt for square silicon molds for effortless assembly and cleanup!
