Ingredients
- ½ cup nut butter
- ½ cup mixed seeds
- ½ cup mixed dried fruit
- ¼ cup chocolate peanut protein powder
- Pinch of salt
For the Topping:
- 7 oz dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the nut butter and protein powder.
- Fold in the mixed seeds and dried fruit.
- Line a square baking pan with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the pan.
- Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil, then pour it over the mixture in the pan.
- Place in the fridge to set, then slice into squares or bars.
