- ½ cup nut butter
- ½ cup mixed seeds
- ½ cup mixed dried fruit
- ¼ cup chocolate peanut protein powder
- Pinch of salt
For the Topping:
- 7 oz dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
In a large bowl, combine the nut butter and protein powder.
Fold in the mixed seeds and dried fruit.
Line a square baking pan with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the pan.
Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil, then pour it over the mixture in the pan.
Place in the fridge to set, then slice into squares or bars.
