Flourless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- 4 ounces vegan dark chocolate chopped
- 6 tablespoons dairy-free butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chickpea flour gram flour
- 1/4 cup vegan chocolate protein powder or substitute with more chickpea flour
- 1/2 cup dairy-free milk
- 1/3 cup dark cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 340°F. Line and grease a 6-inch cake pan, then set it aside.
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour, protein powder, and dairy-free milk until it forms a thick paste.
- Once the chocolate and butter are melted, stir in the sugar until fully dissolved. Add the chickpea flour mixture and stir until combined.
- Gently fold in the cocoa powder and baking soda.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow the cake to cool before slicing and serving!
