Introducing… EVERYTHING BEER BREAD 🍻! With just a bottle of beer and a few simple ingredients, you can whip up the most delicious loaf of bread in minutes. No kneading needed, and no waiting around for dough to rise. I’ve had this recipe on the blog since 2020, and now it’s BACK and better than ever before!⁣

Everything Beer Bread

  • 2 3/4 cups regular or gluten-free flour I recommend @bobsredmill gf 1:1 flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 12 oz bottle of beer I’m using Guinness because it’s St. Patrick’s Day, and it adds great flavor! You can also use an ale or even a gluten-free beer
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup everything but the bagel seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons cold butter sliced⁣


  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease the inside of a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, beer, honey, and 2 tablespoons of the bagel seasoning. It’ll start to bubble (FUN!).
  • Gently mix everything until well combined, then transfer the batter into the loaf pan.
  • Sprinkle the remaining everything bagel seasoning on top, followed by the slices of cold butter.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.
  • Finally, slice and enjoy your delicious Everything Beer Bread!
