Easy Pecan Pie Brownie Cups

**BROWNIE LAYER**
- 1 box brownie mix + ingredients
**PECAN PIE LAYER**
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Flaky salt for topping
Instructions
- Let’s get baking! Preheat your oven to 350F. In a large bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions, including any additional ingredients like oil or water.
- Line a muffin tin with liners and evenly distribute the brownie batter among the 12 muffin cavities. Bake for half of the time specified on the box (usually around 15 minutes).
- While the brownies are baking, mix together the pecan pie ingredients. Once the brownie cups are partially baked, remove them from the oven and top each one with the pecan pie mixture.
- Return the muffin tray to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Allow the brownie cups to cool completely before removing them from the muffin pan.
