  • Yield: 12 1x
  • Category: Dessert

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 eggs (at room temperature)
  • 1 2/3 cups of milk (slightly warm, 30 seconds in the microwave will do)
  • 1 2/3 cups of bread flour (or all-purpose flour)
  • 1 tsp of kosher salt
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Now, let’s get baking! Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. In a blender, mix together the eggs, milk, flour, salt, and baking powder until smooth. Then, add the melted butter and blend again until combined. The batter should be thin.
  2. Grease your muffin tin and divide the batter evenly among all 12 cups, filling them a little over halfway. Bake for 20 minutes. After that, reduce the heat to 350 degrees F and bake for another 10 minutes without opening the oven door.
  3. For that extra golden touch on top, you can turn on the broiler for just 1 minute. Once they’re done, take them out of the oven and enjoy these delicious popovers!
