Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 16 oz. Container of Strawberries
  • 1 Bottle of Prosecco
  • 4 Ounces of Vodka (optional, but recommended)
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener or Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  1. Rinse your strawberries thoroughly and place them in a bowl.
  2. Pour the Prosecco and vodka over the strawberries, ensuring they’re fully coated.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least four hours, or overnight, to let the alcohol infuse into the strawberries.
  4. Once the strawberries are ready, drain the liquid (which you can enjoy separately!).
  5. Toss the strawberries with monk fruit sweetener or sugar until they’re well coated. Alternatively, you can roll each strawberry in sugar for a cleaner coat.
  6. Serve and savor the sweetness! Any leftovers can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week.
