Valentine’s Day is coming up soon, and what better way to mark the occasion than with a sweet treat that’s light on the sugar? Let me introduce you to my Drunken Strawberries – strawberries soaked in Prosecco and vodka. It’s a delightful way to add some sweetness to your special day, whether you’re celebrating with your sweetheart or your besties. And the best part? This recipe is quick and easy, perfect for Valentine’s Day!

Monk fruit sweetener is a natural sugar alternative extracted from the monk fruit. It’s a low-calorie sweetener that won’t mess with your blood sugar levels, making it ideal for those cutting back on sugar or watching their intake. It adds just the right amount of sweetness to the strawberries without overpowering their natural flavor. Think of it as a healthier twist on a classic Valentine’s Day treat!
