**For the Brownies:**

- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup oat milk (or non-dairy milk)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
**For the Frosting:**
- 1/3 cup tahini (or nut butter)
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons oat milk (or non-dairy milk)
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
**For the Toppings:**
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together all the brownie ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 19-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- While the brownies are baking, prepare the frosting by mixing all the frosting ingredients until smooth.
- Once the brownies have cooled completely, spread the frosting evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles for an extra pop of color.
