Date Energy Balls
Servings 10 energy balls
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups dates about 16 dates
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Remove the pits from each medjool date.
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend for 2-3 minutes or until the mixture is well combined.
- Use a cookie scoop to portion the mixture and roll it into balls with the palms of your hands. Place them on a parchment paper-lined plate.
- Chill the balls in the fridge or freezer for about 10-20 minutes until they firm up.
- Remove from the fridge or freezer and enjoy!
Notes
- Be sure to remove each pit and stem from the date to avoid any discomfort.
- A food processor works best for blending the ingredients thoroughly.
