  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 16 1x
  • Category: Dessert

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 pitted Medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Flaky sea salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Start by lining a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay out the Medjool dates, slightly overlapping, to form a rectangle.
  2. Drizzle the melted peanut butter over the dates and use a spoon to spread it evenly. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
  3. In a separate bowl, melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the peanut butter and peanuts, making sure it’s spread evenly.
  4. Add a dash of flaky sea salt on top. Pop the baking sheet into the freezer for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate sets.
  5. Once hardened, take it out, and carefully cut the date bark into 10 delicious pieces.
