Ingredients

  • 1 cup dairy-free heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a splash more oat milk.
  2. Fill a glass with ice and cold brew, leaving about an inch of space at the top.
  3. Add the pumpkin cold foam on top, sprinkle with cinnamon, and enjoy!
  4. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • Blending ensures all ingredients are fully incorporated for the best texture.
  • If you don’t have a blender, you can use a whisk or shake in a sealed mason jar.
  • Adjust the thickness by adding more oat milk if needed.
