Cucumber Yogurt Tzatziki

Ingredients
- 1 cup of plain full-fat yogurt

- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the yogurt, chopped cucumber, parsley, dried mint, black pepper, minced garlic, basil, salt, lemon juice, lemon zest, and olive oil.
- Mix everything together until you have a smooth, creamy consistency.
