Crushed Peppermint Bark Popcorn Balls

Ingredients
- Start with 1 stick of unsalted butter or vegan butter
- Use 3 cups of mini marshmallows or vegan marshmallows
- Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- Grab 6 cups of unsalted or lightly salted popcorn
- And don’t forget 1 cup of chopped peppermint bark
Instructions
- Now, let’s get cooking! In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Once it’s melted, stir in the marshmallows until they’re smooth and gooey. Turn off the heat and add the vanilla, giving it another good stir.
- Now, add the popcorn to the pot and mix it all together until the popcorn is nicely coated. It’ll be thick and sticky, but that’s exactly what we want. Then, gently fold in the chopped peppermint bark.
- To shape the popcorn balls, grease your hands with cooking spray to make it easier. Form the mixture into balls and line them up on a baking sheet to cool completely.
- Once they’re cooled down, it’s time to enjoy these delicious popcorn balls!
