Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Drizzle a small amount of extra virgin olive oil and carefully add the feta crumbles, shaping them into a circle with a hole in the center.
Crack an egg into the center of the feta circle and drizzle with chili oil crunch.
Cover and let the egg cook for 3-5 minutes.
Meanwhile, toast a tortilla on the stovetop and spread smashed avocado on top, then squeeze fresh lime juice over it.
Using a spatula, carefully remove the crispy fried egg from the skillet and place it on top of the avocado-covered tortilla.
Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
