**For the Peanut Satay Sauce:**
- 1/3 cup of peanut butter
- Juice of half a lime
- 3 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons of chili paste
- 2 teaspoons of ginger paste
- 2 teaspoons of garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1/2 cup of hot water
Instructions
**Prepare the Peanut Sauce:**
- Mix peanut butter, lime juice, sweet chili sauce, chili paste, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and hot water in a bowl until you get the desired consistency. Adjust water for thickness.
**Prepare the Tofu:**
- Wrap the tofu block in paper towels or a clean kitchen towel. Press it down with a heavy object for 10 to 15 minutes to drain excess water. Cut into cubes.
- In a large Ziploc bag or mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cornstarch. Shake well to coat the tofu.
**Airfry:**
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Spray the tray with oil and place the marinated tofu, ensuring they’re spaced apart. Air fry for 15 to 20 minutes, spraying oil halfway through until golden and crispy.
- Serve the tofu in a rice bowl with peanut satay sauce and your favorite veggies like pickled onions, cucumbers, green onions, and cilantro! Enjoy your crunchy tofu delight!
