**For the Peanut Satay Sauce:**
1/3cupof peanut butter
Juice of half a lime
3tablespoonsof sweet chili sauce
2tablespoonsof chili paste

1/2cupof hot water
Instructions
**Prepare the Peanut Sauce:**
Mix peanut butter, lime juice, sweet chili sauce, chili paste, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and hot water in a bowl until you get the desired consistency. Adjust water for thickness.
**Prepare the Tofu:**
Wrap the tofu block in paper towels or a clean kitchen towel. Press it down with a heavy object for 10 to 15 minutes to drain excess water. Cut into cubes.
In a large Ziploc bag or mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cornstarch. Shake well to coat the tofu.
**Airfry:**
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Spray the tray with oil and place the marinated tofu, ensuring they're spaced apart. Air fry for 15 to 20 minutes, spraying oil halfway through until golden and crispy.
