Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart Bread
Servings 6
Ingredients
- 1 large round loaf of bread
- 1/2 cup 1 stick melted butter
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
- 2 teaspoons freshly chopped rosemary
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 8-oz. wheel of Brie cheese, thinly sliced
- 1 15-oz. can whole-berry cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a serrated knife, cut a crosshatch pattern into the loaf, slicing about an inch apart in both directions, but don’t cut all the way through the bottom.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Brush the butter mixture all over the bread, making sure to get it into the cuts.
- Stuff each cut with slices of brie and spoonfuls of cranberry sauce. Then, wrap the entire bread in foil.
- Bake until the cheese is melted and the bread is warm and golden, about 20 minutes.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve your delicious cranberry brie pull-apart bread to your hungry guests. Enjoy!
