Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart Bread

  • 1 large round loaf of bread
  • 1/2 cup 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 teaspoons freshly chopped rosemary
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 8-oz. wheel of Brie cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1 15-oz. can whole-berry cranberry sauce
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a serrated knife, cut a crosshatch pattern into the loaf, slicing about an inch apart in both directions, but don’t cut all the way through the bottom.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Brush the butter mixture all over the bread, making sure to get it into the cuts.
  3. Stuff each cut with slices of brie and spoonfuls of cranberry sauce. Then, wrap the entire bread in foil.
  4. Bake until the cheese is melted and the bread is warm and golden, about 20 minutes.
  5. Let it cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve your delicious cranberry brie pull-apart bread to your hungry guests. Enjoy!
