Ingredients

  • 1 large round loaf of bread
  • 1/2 cup 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 teaspoons freshly chopped rosemary
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 8-oz. wheel of Brie cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1 15-oz. can whole-berry cranberry sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a serrated knife, cut a crosshatch pattern into the loaf, slicing about an inch apart in both directions, but don’t cut all the way through the bottom.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Brush the butter mixture all over the bread, making sure to get it into the cuts.
  • Stuff each cut with slices of brie and spoonfuls of cranberry sauce. Then, wrap the entire bread in foil.
  • Bake until the cheese is melted and the bread is warm and golden, about 20 minutes.
  • Let it cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve your delicious cranberry brie pull-apart bread to your hungry guests. Enjoy!
