Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a serrated knife, cut a crosshatch pattern into the loaf, slicing about an inch apart in both directions, but don’t cut all the way through the bottom.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Brush the butter mixture all over the bread, making sure to get it into the cuts.
Stuff each cut with slices of brie and spoonfuls of cranberry sauce. Then, wrap the entire bread in foil.
Bake until the cheese is melted and the bread is warm and golden, about 20 minutes.
