Caramel Apple Dip:

  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup cane sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup coconut caramel

Toppings:

  • Diced roasted almonds


Instructions

  1. To make the coconut caramel, simply combine all the ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Heat them over medium to low heat, stirring occasionally for about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Keep stirring until the sauce thickens up.
  4. Let it cool, and it’s ready to enjoy!
  5. If the sauce is too runny, just return it to the pot and continue stirring until it thickens.
