Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Begin by making the dough. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, coconut sugar, and salt. Mix well.
Add the Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. If necessary, use your hands to ensure everything is well incorporated.
Fold in the raisins until evenly distributed in the dough. If the dough is sticky, add a bit more flour.
Shape the dough into a ball and let it rest in the mixing bowl, covered with a damp towel, for 10 minutes.
After resting, transfer the dough to a floured surface, knead it again, and divide it into 4 equal parts. Roll each portion into a ball and poke a hole in the center with your finger to form a bagel shape.
Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet, brush them with the egg wash, and sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-28 minutes.
Once baked, allow the bagels to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
